Meet Elise
I'm Elise Kelly, a former architect turned creativity strategist and keynote speaker. After 15 years in arguably one of the most creative careers, my spark for innovative thinking was quietly dimming alongside my declining health. Even in the most creative environment, it was a struggle to generate original ideas and find inspiration in the era of efficiency. That contradiction became my catalyst and led me to co-found Innate Abilities where I developed a neuroscience-backed framework to move beyond reactive thinking and into the intuitive creativity no algorithm can replicate. Now, I teach corporate leaders and their teams how to do the same.
