The challenge is open! You'll get access to the activation meditation & Day 1 material immediately. The rest will be released one day at a time to reduce overwhelm.

You'll have 37 days total access to make sure you can complete everything without falling behind. After that the course closes — because this is a challenge, not a course you save for someday. The deadline is part of the magic.

Life happens. The drip feed keeps going regardless but the exercises are short enough — 5 to 10 minutes — that catching up after a few missed days is completely doable. The only thing we'd say is don't let a missed day become a missed week. Show up when you can, trust the process, and remember the 37 day access window gives you a little breathing room built in.

Yes. You don't need any prior experience — just a genuine curiosity about your own intuition and a willingness to show up for thirty days.

This challenge was built with beginners in mind but it's not just for beginners. If you've already been doing the work and want to sharpen your skills, practice more consistently, or just find your people — you'll fit right in. Think of it as going back to the gym with better form. The reps still count.

We run two sessions a week to cover different time zones:

Mondays at 1:00 PM UK / 7:00 AM CST — hosted by Heidi

Fridays at 7:00 PM UK / 1:00 PM CST — hosted by Elise

Can't make it live? Every session is recorded and available inside the community so you never miss a rep.

Note: Times may shift slightly around daylight saving transitions but any changes will always be communicated inside the community in advance.

Complete at least 80% of the daily exercises, attend at least one live session per week, and if after 30 days you genuinely feel you haven't connected with your intuition — we'll refund you. Submit your request within 7 days of your challenge end date to [email protected].
